As a precautionary measure, we cannot access the studio at The Valley this evening or on Sunday. Therefore our next two shows will be podcast only, and not live.
Statement from a club spokesperson:
The club was made aware yesterday of a higher than normal carbon monoxide reading in Valley Central, an area used by Charlton Athletic Community Trust.
A precautionary measure has been taken to close the immediate area. The rest of The Valley remains fully operational.
We have had no reports of any symptoms of any adverse effects.
We expect the area to be open for business as usual shortly.
