Yao: 7.5 MOM thought he had a cracking game tbh
Blumberg: 6.5 not the finished article yet but a decent pass on him
Mascoll: 6.5 some slippery work down the wing, done by his man a couple of times though

Marshall: 6.5 some decent balls in but couldn't hurt them too much
Fosu-Hanry: 6 didn't really make a mark
Clarke: 7 knocked it around nicely
Hackett-Fairchild: 5 our couple of nice bits of play in the first half maybe involved him but he'll never ever make it here
Ajose: 6 ran spiritedly without service but didn't make anything happen either
Dempsey: 4.5 tbh the goal was largely down to him I thought, and he couldn't get a grip on the game at all, nowhere near ready

This is nonsense - a long ball up to him and he tried to head it into where his partner would be. He won the header! You can't blame it on him. The absent midfield, on the other hand...Dippenhall said:

Morgan getting marked down I assume for his set-pieces, but tbf a) he was only taking them because others failed first and b) their keeper was never challenged for his many takes.
