Over the last couple of days there have been postings for job vacancies at Charlton. Be it only a new member for security at the ground as well as another member to join the team of groundsmen at the club, but this would suggest that money has been made available to recruit staff that have not been previously employed in which could not have been done if the current owner was selling.

    Do we know if they are new posts or just vacancies being filled and if so how long have the posts been vacant?

    maybe people are leaving and so replacements required? Hardly as if we are advertising for a new CEO or CFO.

    You wouldn't advertise a new CEO or CFO post as this would be part of the takeover and bring in their own people.

    Sadly, I think any recruitment activity is much more likely to be because he isn't selling, rather than because a sale is going through.
