Couldn’t see this here already but JJ is running this year’s London Marathon, with our Sport’s Scientist Ben Talbot, in aid of Demelza House. If anyone can help, I am sure that the boys and Demelza would be thrilled!

    Dunno. My work picks a single charity for a year (or more) and all the work charity efforts go there. Demelza do some great work from what I’ve seen. Well worth supporting.

    He done it in 4 hours and 6 minutes



    It was wet and windy and I loved every step(except the last 6 miles😂) 26.2 miles completed in 4:06
