    Finding it, then after a happy ending, hiding it somewhere else, only for someone else to find it and hide it elsewhere.

    Anyway, back to the topic in hand (pun intended) - What is to stop children just grabbing one of their parents passports or ID forms to register anyway? 
    We received a government circular a few years ago at work in relation to workers watching porn on company PC's. I seem to recall the scheme due to start this year was mentioned as being in the pipeline and the only form of ID/registering that was going to be accepted was a valid credit card.

    I don't have a credit card but if I did I would not:

    A/ Leave it somewhere kids could use it.

    B/ Give the long number, exp date and 3 numbers on the back to a porn site.
