    What's he meant to say. Morale is fine, all the players are happy.

    And it doesn't matter what he says to the press. We had enough of people salivating over Mr Pardew and his wonderful press speak when he first came.

    Let's judge PP, or any other manager, by what he does with the team in games. All the rest is just so much gossip.

    The press ask the obvious question "how morale with the players, Phil?" and they get the obvious answer that they wanted "Morale is low". Cue standard article for new manager coming into struggling side.

    Gees, Pards was slated for trying to spin everything and paint a prettier picture than the reality and now Parky is being whinged at for stating the obvious because he's openly admitting we're deep in the doo doo. Make your minds up what you want people!

    Parky is a nice bloke....so was Pardew from the few snatches of conversation Ive had with both of them. Pards had his chance and thats an understatement, I cant see anything miraculously changing under Phil's tenure, but If he does, then we are all happy bunnies....Lets just draw a line and now get on with supporting the bloody shirt.
