Empty platitudes like 'the team needs its leader'...really? So what explains our good record over the last few months?

I'll tell you who the team doesn't need. Its washed-up former Premiership midfield sack of potatoes, Darren 'he'll bloody score now I've said this' Pratley

Feel sorry for Parker. Much better with Taylor than Igor who I fear has lost it.

Quite a defensive midfield on paper. Hope Bielik, Pratley and Cullen can keep out of each other's way.
    Bielik not in mid

3-5-2 with Pearce, Bielik and BFG and CB
Dunno how I feel about either Dijksteel or Purrington as Wing Backs though
They both young and fit - so no problem covering the ground and tracking back.

Don't expect too much trickery and guile. But if they keep it simple and get some crosses in, they'll have done the attacking part well enough.

And yeah, dropping Parker immediately? That makes no sense considering he offers far more of a physical presence than Igor in what's expected to be a battle

Not a platitude, not even an empty one.

It's how Bowyer described Pearce lately.

2' The wind will play its part here today. A Bauer clearance from inside his own box just blew straight back again! #brfc 0 #cafc 0

Strong winds & chucking it down with rain here in NW England.
    Glad I'm indoors!

Grey clouds scudding across the sky, blowin' a hoolie down here in Sunny Cornwall.

    Rain dreckly.

8' Cross from the left nearly finds both Reeves and Vetokele who were lurking, but a Rovers head gets on it first. #brfc 0 #cafc 0

Is it as windy as the memorable game at Yeovil a few years ago?

Send some of that rain here. Hardly seen a drop in two months and running out of water.
