The Central Line station is now open, as is the new station at Wood Lane
  • Is that nearer Loftus?

Sorry, didn't go last season and it's been a while since I was out that way.

  • The Central line is a bit of a mare that time of the night, the less time I spend on it the better.

I'm round that way quite a bit - Shepherd's Bush Central line re-opened a month ago, with a new mainline station next to it which may come in handy if you're coming via Clapham Junction or West Brompton. Of course, White City is nearer if you're going straight to the ground.

The Hammersmith & City line station is now called Shepherd's Bush Market and has always been open. There's a new Hammersmith & CIty line station called Wood Lane which is right opposite BBC Television Centre, which is handier for the Westfield centre than Loftus Road, if you want to get your festive shopping done...

    this map show's what's new
