    On the field his results speak for themselves. Off the field I don't like what I hear from reliable sources at Derby about "external influences" on team selection!

    Agreed. Between Dowie and Pardew we've had enough stories of 'outside influence' in the last two years to last ten. No more right now, thanks.

    Richard Murray and one or two others would have to 'bite the bullet' on this one were it to go ahead.Davies and his agent treated us with scant respect a year or two back by all accounts.
    Still....... stranger things have and do happen!
