    Purrington does what Purrington does. Defend. And he is limited going forward. But still probably one of LB's most astute signings the difficulties we had in that position in Page's absence. It is significant that our run has coincided with the introduction of both him and Phillips.

    Ben Purr's biggest contribution is bringing balance to the back four. That he is a steady defender is a bonus.

    If he's in the side we rarely concede.
