Very defensive now, we should be trying for a 3rd imo

Nope, giving Parker a break. Maybe we'll put Naby up front? :-)

Pearce into the back three, Bielik into the holding role and Cullen moved forward.

Presumably we're taking off Bauer to make sure he's not going to get sent off?
    I reckon.

We're not short of height and physical presence on the pitch now - Sarr, Pearce, Bauer, Bielek, Pratley and Taylor to name but six.

    Guys and girls.
We are not playing Rochdale or Scunthorpe.
This is fucking awesome so far.
    Believe.

No home team has overturned a 2-0 loss at this level going into the 2nd leg is what I potentially understood from the commentators a second ago

Mate, I've been watching this lot for nearly 40 years. No matter how much I want to believe, experience means the nagging doubt is never far away.

    Christ Naby!
    Please don't crucify him!

He'll be out for three days and be touch and go for the second leg ...

No Igor and no Parker will leave us relying on Taylor if we get to the final.

A nice little attack finishes with a soft headed effort by Taylor. Great build up though.

3 teams have done it in League 1. No one in the championship.

There'd still be a nagging doubt if we were 6-0 up with 2 mins to play.

Its no team has ever turned round a deficit and gone through to the final when playing the 2nd leg away from home

Good sliding tackle by Pratley before being rinsed by Wilks trickery.

Can't comment because my Charlton supporting genes are screaming "NO!!!!" all the time. It's what 40+ years service man and boy do to you...

    Oh!  I've just commented.

Thought that was only in the Championship as they talked about Derby

Not over yet but good luck to Donny winning 3-0 at the Valley.

Cannot have a Barca - Liverpool game every week!

If that were to happen probably rain at half time anyway ...

Haven’t heard a Donny chant all game. You travelling Addicks, give yourselves a pat on the back.
