The report doesn't make it clear if there's a separate Lionesses set up that sticks with Millwall but doesn't keep the place in the league. I think it's a poor show - Millwall Lionesses were pioneers in the game and it does sound like their current owners have burnt their bridges a bit with the Spanner's community trust and fan club.
We'll just have to beat the men's team next season instead
On the one hand Tom Brady is pissed off, on the other it is LCL.
Investments in talent and facilities is something we need to be focusing on next season.
They will be the only women’s club who do not have a men's team competing in the WSL next season and have come a long way since their affiliation to the Spanners.
I have watched LCL twice this season at Hayes lane as Bromley is my nearest League club and you can park either inside in the car parks or outside somewhere in the road. 1st time I was cheering on Charlton women but they lost and the 2nd after getting a freebie, LCL got a late winner against Blackburn.
I thought Isobel Goodwin the 22 year old striker had lots of potential as a strong tall number 9 and I watched the Birmingham v LCL on TV on Sunday and she scored a worldie which blasted the net from 25 yards. Ended 2-2 and the owner Michelle Kang was there and she can now add London city Lionesses to Lyon and Washington Spirit that she is the majority owner and are serial winners. Kang is the South Korean born American successful Business woman.
Will give a chance on a Sunday to watch the likes of Arsenal, Man utd, City and maybe Chelsea next season; big step up and they will need to strengthen to stay up and not do a Palace.

Your such a tease Henry
Are called "The Lionesses"
Charlton mens side are nicknamed "The Addicks"
In regards to that, shouldn't our ladies team therefore be called "The Ad-fannys"
Probably the worst joke ever told but I continued to write it anyway. Even I'm cringing and I'm the one that came up with it.
