    About four hours...
    nervous excitement.

Sorted out two bottles of red for tonight, one good, one very good. What we drink depends on the outcome today. (Probably both either way)

When I woke up this morning, I lay there for a while, thinking that’s strange, that the wife wasn’t already nudging me to go and make a coffee.
    Then I checked the clock.
Oh God, it was only 5.30!
Of course, now it made sense, no way would she be back from the pub that early  :)

( this joke has been put to sleep humanely)

Maybe 1am to 8.  Not sure if I got up in the night, don’t think I did

got serenaded to sleep by my cat having a stand off with his enemy from a few doors down.  Just howling at one another for 15 mins, no scrapping

Can’t get the Aribo song out of my head.
    Hope it’s a good omen.

Slept extremely well last night and am en route to Baker Street. Probably helped by undertaking a prolonged spell of gardening and hedge trimming (without even being dragooned into it). I even thought about embarking upon some house cleaning before I got a grip on my pre-match tension.

If the bed was wet then you didn’t, but if it’s not then you must have.

6 hours. And I’m filled with a horrible feeling of dread this morning. Hope that’s a minor hangover rather than a premonition.
