My great friend Stan Cox passed away last Sunday.
I first met Stan playing for the Charlton supporters in the late 50s and we played for the next 15 years for the club.
His Daughter and Grandson were at Wembley today and the only empty seat was next to them.
And when Charlton scored so late on I jumped up and said that was for Stan yes with a tears in my eyes .

That’s really touching Welly. God bless.
im sure it will ring bells for all who have lost family and friends over recent times who were Charlton supporters. My brother passed away in January. He would have been thrilled.0
