It's important that we concentrate on the key issues affecting our club

How many chips and will the real ale bar in the East stand reopen?

Also do Middle East investors get into betting ?
Have you ever been to a casino?
    No
Betting is not forbidden in Islam, but games of chance are. So no slot machines, but you can test your skills at the tables. At least that’s what I was told by someone who is nominally Muslim, in the same way I’m nominally Christian.

    Sounds dubious, but belieavable!

So £20 on Hazard to score the 1st goal tonight would be ok as that's using your knowledge of football, and not chance  ;)

New shirt sponsor isn't news really. Ladbrokes/Betdaq have publicly stated they don't want to sponsor football/football clubs anymore.

Granted that’s old news about the old shirt sponsor. We’re looking for new news about a new shirt sponsor. You getting me?

Hints of two Middle Eastern guys with Curbs at Wembley . Anything on that ?
I'm fairly sure that Ravi was sitting next to Curbs, might be wrong.
We were in row 1 of Block 552 right above the box where the trophy was presented. I only spotted Curbs standing next to one young guy of potentially Middle Eastern appearance when I looked down at the end of the game. Didn't see Ravi, so guess he must have moved off and assume he may have been the second referred to above.

As long as it's not another bloody betting company.
I may be wrong (I usually am), but I believe that betting companies are not allowed to sponsor sport shirts anymore

I can confirm that in Indonesia (the worlds largest  Muslim country), there are no casinos or openly obvious gambling establishments of any description.
However, they do gamble continuously almost on a daily basis........such as every time they get on a fucking bus..............or any form of transportation come to that!

Can’t be announced yet but I’ll give you a clue...

New sponsor is a popular energy drink

New catering is from a company known for their microwave noodles
    Monster and Naked Noodle?

Spoke to someone at the club today and they have no idea about a takeover. Doesn’t seem to be anything brewing according to them.

Bear with, as I'm "talking" aloud here.

I have family members who simply don't get sport, i.e. why would you want to go and see a third tier football team play on a cold and wet Tuesday night when you could be at home with a cup of tea watching the telly. Thank God, I have a wife who loves her sport, although her first allegiance is to the Welsh Rugby Union team! She was jumping up and down with me as the drama unfolded both during the second leg against Doncaster and then again on Sunday at Wembley and we will never forget that experience, as we will never forget the play off final in 1998 or that feel good final game of the season against Hartlepool 7 years ago.

And then we have an owner, who appears to have absolutely no emotional connection to his investment in Charlton, his apparent excuse being he can only devote 2% of his time to it, plus he feels it is unsafe for him to go to games. I just cannot fathom how this guy continues to retain ownership of the club for which he apparently has zero feelings for. To put so much money in that club and not be there on Sunday just feels unbelievable. There were nigh on 40,000 of us there going crazy, completely emotionally involved with every twist and turn and this jerk doesn't seem to care. Arrrggghhhhh!!!!!
