Moo2 in for the injured Cranie. Otherwise the same as the team that played on Saturday. We must find and develop a team pattern and then generate some consistency. We won't get that by chopping and changing the team. That was Pardew's folly. I would like Shelvey on the bench though because he can do something different.
  • Hardly chopping & changing the team is it:

Moo2 a forced change for Crainie
Bailey is struggling, Holland an obvious replacement
McLeod for Gray - Gray is an honest pro, but very predictable. McLeod deserves a chance IMO.

    Racon?
  • Still injured, I believe.
  • GIven that Saturday was by all accounts another awful performance what are the options for the team tomorrow night?

Crainie's injury is a good thing for me if it means Moo2 gets the chance of a game.

    What about the strikers?
Gray and Burton is not a pairing to strike fear into the oppositions defence in my opinion.

If McLeod is fit then he deserves the start. At least he has some pace for the through ball/ball over the top.

Can Gillespie's legs still give him two games in four days or does Sam get another chance?

Looked like both goals on Saturday were down to Hudson. Is he vulnerable to being dropped or will he get picked again?

Does it mater they will loose any way, this squad has no quality in it at all and will probaly struggle in the third tier, thanks Pardew !!!

And people wonder why are fans are laughing stocks!!!

Personally don't care who plays, i'll still be there in the freezing cold tryin to look at things positively, and mentaly plotting our great escape, we can all but dream. Everyone needs to realise we are the underdogs again, everyone winged when that we were called plucky old charlton, now we need to be plucky as ever.

We come dangerously close to winning our last home game, and with the record in sight, i would err on the side of caution and select just 8 players for this fixture.
