Interesting to see Allsop in there, he was one of the u18s who started v Eastbourne. Wore number 10 in that game and played in CM as the more attacking of the three.0

20 mins gone, still 1-0 to the Dorks. We struggled a bit against their stronger players and the number of trialists probably adding to lack of fluent play. There’s been some good touches but only one tame shot on target for us so far.2

2-0. Bad ball back left our defender stranded. Their guy crossed and easy finish for their striker. Maynard-Brewer has made a couple of good stops - couldn’t do anything about either goal.2

Great double save by Maynard-Brewer. Still getting some stick from the Surrey youths behind the goal. Excellent shot from Trialist 4 right on half-time, pushed away by keeper. Half-time. 2-0.2

Managing to see a bit more of the ball at the start of the second half. Good shot from Ocran well saved by keeper. Maloney doing a lot of work in the middle but not a lot of support from the rest.2

Hour gone and lots of subs being made. We’ve looked better - quick passing and seeing more of the ball in the middle.2

FT 2-0. Deserved to draw the second half. Some good skill but not enough strength in the middle. Couldn’t dominate at all against a well organised senior team.6
