So itvis a common problem then. Was going to catch up with my emails whilst at Doctors but no chance. Just checked in and Doctors are running 41 mins late. Here to sort out my little problem out.0

Me as well.
Appears there was an unauthorised breach of certain people's accounts recently. Apparently they were informed of the breach and Sky has now changed the passwords of everyone else's account.
Follow the instructions to change your password and you should be OK. (worked for me)
