    Yes mate, I was there too ....... and it was also our then once a season televised match on The Big Match Sunday highlights. For once, Cloughie didn't have much to say after, did he? lol


    We can do it again tomorrow. Give Ray Treacy a ring and ask him to bring his old number 9 shirt.

    That game gets a mention in the excrllent 'Damn Unite', Clough wasn't at all happy. I sometimes wonder how things might of turned out if we had gone up that season.

    I haven't seen us win this year so i'm not going. I've given my ST's to my Southampton supporting colleague who's never seen us lose. He reckons we're gonna win tonight. I ain't that confident.

    I have another good omen (well good for the team, not good for me) in that I missed our only other appearance on Sky this season, and we stuffed Reading 4-2. I was planning on going tonight, and even binned my company Christmas do, but I've gone down with the flaming norovirus so I'm confined indoors instead.
