Perhaps if our British players changed their names to be more exotic and we pretended they cost £5m then each opposition fans would see that we're a good team. Hernandez Fernandez and Jose Garcia sound much more exciting and talented than Ben Purrington and Jonny Williams.

To be fair I would be quite excited if we had a player called Hernandez Fernandez.
