Lee has done a fantastic job, and I'm not surprised. What a team he has produced with all of the uncertainty and lack of real funds. Let's face it, so far, the mans a magician.

    Sure he's built a decent squad and got them playing attractive football but what's he done about the awful catering at the Valley? Jury's still out for me.

    Bowyers success also has a lot to do with  the connection he has made with the fans who have undoubtedly been the 12 th man in most matches.
