    Newcastle and Blackburn went from League contenders to Mid-table obscureity and relegation battlers respectivly.
    Both have had their share of finacial and managerial instabilty. Certainly a decline but a fall maybe a tad harsh.

    oh yeh Ipswich and i might add Wimbledon aswell they certainly declined and fell.

    How about the perennial sleeping giant: Wolves. Although they are now showing signs of waking up.
  • I'm pretty sure Wrexham have not been in the top flight, they got in to Europe via the Welsh Cup.

    Oxford United were top tier and Wembley League Cup winners in the 80's
    Cambridge Utd were established in 2nd tier for a fair time during the 90's.

    Both non-League now.

    yeh we're gonna find out how that feels unfortunatly, hopefully not non-league tho although u dunno what the old CAFC is capable of!
