    Just because the photo was posted 4 hours ago doesn’t mean it was taken then. Could have been taken when he arrived 3 days before.
    equally he could have just got out of the wheelchair behind to pose for the photo  ;)

    That photo was posted yesterday as "proof" that Lyle was in Montserrat. No date or time on it so it could have been taken anytime.

    I am really surprised some big clubs have not required players to skip these callups, except for big tourneys. If they got together and all got on the same page, they would force it through. No way is someone gonna turn down $10M per year so they can play some match outside the World Cup cycle no one will remember. Half the time I don't think they even want to.

    It is his country and he has every right to play for them if he wants to, which he clearly does. He is a quick healer so hopefully it is all not too bad. It may be my memory, but wasn't he in a foot brace last season, and played in the next game?

    If your a Charlton fan, why act like a stalker and take a picture of him from behind on crutches, and then follow him very slowly I would imagine and take another picture when he's sitting down without asking him what the Injury is ?

    I'm pretty sure it 's a FIFA rule that a club has to release a player if called up. We can't refuse to let him go.

    And where are you getting $10m from? That's just over £8m. I'm pretty sure we're not paying Taylor 155k a week!
