Lost Charlton Life on my IPAD help !

Since yesterday when connecting to Charlton Life via my IPAD I only get the advertising showing. There is no Life content viewable. My IPAD is running IOS 9.3.5  Has the Life platform been updated and caused this. Is My IPAD level to out of date...... ??

    Are you using Safari on your iPad? If so follow these steps: 
    • To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings (your iPad's settings) > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data 
    This is a catch-all for almost all website issues. See if that helps and if not let us know!

    try installing Chrome or Firefox from the app store to see if you get the problem using them. Working for me on my iPhone.

    Also, are you not able to update IOS on your iPad?

    East Stand I am running Safari . I have cleared History and Cookies. Problem persists...... ! 

    An no IPAD is so old will not update any further than9.3.5

    I am currently running iOS 12.4.1......though I haven’t a clue what that means! :/

    Not unless iv been hacked an somebody has done naughties in my name. Although I did put up "were doomed" before Saturdays game when Taylor was a no show. Could it be that..... !

    Couple of things to do in the short term - download the app Ghostery and use that to browse. available from the App Store.

    I've managed to find an old iPad tonight running 9.3.5 and get the same issue as you, so there’s clearly a support / comparability issue with that old version. Suspect there’s little that can be done I’m afaid, but I’ll try and find out

    My ipad is on 12.4.1, I use safari, and I’ve not had an issue. I did have the ad only thing on my (ahem) work PC which is on Windows 10. I reloaded it  and it was OK, all I did was highlight the address and hit return. 

    The only odd thing I’ve noticed lately on the ipad is that in the address window it says       Not secure - forum.charltonlife.com

    I don’t see that “not secure” with other sites.

    The only reason it will say not secure is you’re loading a http version of the url. Load https mate

    Or use a browser like 'brave' that secures every website!

    You can also unblock adverts on pages like CL to help their income!
