Take us Home; Leeds United

Anybody watched this documentary on Amazon Prime? I’m a bit biased because my mate Angus features throughout. However, an interesting 6 parter which follows a similar story to the Sunderland one. I almost felt sorry for them when they failed to go up.

I did watch it and thought it was a great insight.

Same as you, I did feel a bit of sorrow for them... but then I remembered it's dirty Leeds and the sorrow quickly went away.

Feeling sorry for Leeds is a concept I just cannot get my tiny mind around...

I watched it. The Daniel James transfer saga was interesting. They are a huge club, but I can’t help but think they feel they have some sense of entitlement to being in the premier league. I certainly didn’t feel any sorrow for them not going up.
I really enjoy these type of documentaries. Another good watch was the Sergio Ramos one.

Very insightful but can’t help but think they are of a mindset that they are on a god given path to the Prem. Thought they had a real arrogance about them when they were at the Valley the other week.
  • Due to being treated unfairly, they may have to replay their game from last weekend.

    Also taken from that petition

"Please sign this petition to get the game replayed and continue to be replayed until we win"

    Thought it was funny.

Set up by someone called "Arthur Sidebottom"?

Surely a spoof. A cheeky Millwall geezer, I think...

Understandably - because it is a false concept if applied to the population at large. It only works if you happen to be a deluded Leeds United fan.

The remainder of the population are exempt from the concept, preferring to just use the prefix 'Dirty' when referring to Leeds United.

This is one of life's lessons and should be taught (I believe it is) from a young age.

I think that is a fair assumption
