Going Smoke Free

I see on the club website Nicotinell and Charlton have teamed up top help us fans go smoke free, well these past few years my smoking has increased! not too sure this product will help my shattered nerves, I not only have to cope with the trauma of match day, there is also the walking into work the next working day to be greeted by a gloating Palace fan, and ritual humiliation, if they really wanted to help me stop smoking I think a win would help!
