    From where I'm sitting (and I don't have the benefit of replays) it looked like the defender was already jumping before Kayal made a challenge.

    I would sub Kayal, started ok, gone downhill and now on a yellow.
    Agreed, not offering anymore than Cullen does. Him off for Ozt and Bonne off for Chuks.
