Does anyone know the formalities regarding this?
I would like to think he is a decent enough fellow that would understand our ignorance over such things.
I personally would like it to be a single word, one taken from his full title, that would be acceptable to both him
his family and ourselves...........what do his family call him I wonder and would that be acceptable?
