ZZ and Ambrose I would imagine if "the price is right." Maybe Gray given that he wasn't involved today although I thought I saw him warming up.

ZZ, Ambrose, and Gray would also be my bets, probably Weaver too. Just the crap players then!!!!

Problem is,how are we going to shift them?

That lot would be harder to get rid of than Woolworths gift vouchers at the moment.

    I forgot Weaver!

Now Randolph is back I'd say that is as certain as the others.

I reckon Ambrose and ZZ would both go for small fees with contracts up at the end of the season. Weaver probably be a decent back up for a premiership team, probably go cheaply to get wages off the books and Gray will get a move for family reasons, which seems to be common knowledge that he's had problems, although I have no idea what they are.
  • I also wonder if McLeod will go ?

I really don't think we will miss Weaver or Gray. Ambrose at his best, yes. ZiZi definitely. But given that we've seen so little of those last two this season, we're not really going to miss either in the true sense of the word.

Obviously the board would like us to stay up but they're not going to spend any money to do so and so people are already starting to think about the nucleus of a squad that can come straight back up (sorry - I'm not throwing in the towel, just being realistic). I can see the spine of a team that should win div one already.

Holland, Fortune and Burton as the seasoned old pros the kids look up to and learn from. Then the likes of Bailey, Sam, and Youga in the second tier as 'senior' players ; followed by a bunch of kids like Basey, Wright, Aswad Thomas etc provding the energy and the hunger - with Jonjo hopefully as the jewel in the crown , at least for half a season. And let's hang on to Dickson as a proven goalscorer at that level!
