    I've been fairly pessimistic about the chances of the takeover happening, but there's no way that's a fake account, the posts go back as far as 2012.

    I wonder if this Wizz Air shirt sponsorship is a way around FFP. 
    They are going to sponsor us for £100m Per season

    His Insta is a private account and you have to request access. I did and he’s granted access. If you look back through his posts going back before we got wind about his interest in us, it’s clear that it’s a genuine account. I think he’s in London at the moment

    Not that it matters because I'm sure the whole thing is a red herring, but that last part isn't correct. Malev is defunct, went bust in 2012. Wizz Air is now a publicly traded company on the LSE, but some in the business worry that its focus on Eastern Europe markets makes it vulnerable to economic downturns. But if they wanted to be our shirt sponsors, that would be a whole lot better than some betting company, IMO. 
    And a way around FFP.

    I hate to say it but Daisy was also doing most of that in the early days.

    That said, I'm feeling very positive about what is happening - and it is happening!

    The money that some have in the middle East is mind blowing.2years back for a very well known company I was part of a due diligence team that had to check a portfolio for "middle east" money but hush hush.There was hundreds and hundreds of "propertys" on the list many complete retail parks,hugr lumps of Northumberland Av in Westminster.One single item on the list ---- the whole estate opposite the White Horse lower road right to the river ! That portfolio must have been a billion -------- who was it ? No idea . We were all blown away with the fact it was one "buyer".

    During Zebel some on here didn't want us to sell our soul for huge dosh ------- not me enough of the bottom feeding let's blow the doors off

    Time to put South East London on the World football stage and for once enjoy the ride

    I reckon he’s just showing off his new purchase, not necessarily to charlton fans but other businessman on there that must follow him, scrolling through his followers I found a ‘saeed Nayhan’ which I can only assume is one of the ruling family.

    Nah! I prefer a Euro-Meglamaniac who doen't give a toss and never turns up!

    They are making all the right noises so far and I do so hope that this all goes through ok. At the back of my mind, the fact that this is Charlton Athletic means that we have a couple of more twists and turns due to us.
