Purely a guess but I would think a delay might be because of obtaining additional/ supporting evidence from the UAE. If it’s purely workload then that’s outrageous.1

IF, and it's a big IF, the EFL are dragging their heels to get their own back at Roland, having a public rant is probably NOT the most constructive move
I'm not saying they're deliberately delaying it but I can imagine that some of the EFL staff may not be exactly busting a gut to help little ole Roland dispose of his asset. Hoping it goes through at least on 2nd or 3rd so that we don't miss too much of the window0 -

I think we can all assume that the EFL haven't received everything they need, otherwise it would be done.
