Top man. Very competent when he worked in the ticket office, not sure what his job title is these days, but obviously worked his way up on merit.

Always got on well with Ravi. Email each other over last couple of days about shirt sponsorship.

Where's this CEO thing come from?

Was going to say, if the club is going to progress it’ll need someone experienced or with good backing. Ravi would probably benefit from working under a good one for a while

COO under Southall, calling on the expertise of Heller when required.

One is the Chief Operating Officer whilst the other is the Chief Executive Officer.
  • What exactly are Chief Opperating Officer and Chief Executive Officer?
CEO is more strategic whereas COO is more "hands on" day to day stuff

My dealings we him over the years have been fantastic. In the know, knows the club inside out .. heard someone else mention it too, so wondered what people’s thoughts would be 👍

I think 1st run club, 2nd the ground(s). COO reports to CEO.  Current COO wraps sandwiches and runs half a dozen bouncers. Used to help carry a sofa onto pitch but it got vandalised.
  • He’s Commercial Manager
  • Not sure on his suitability for CEO, but only dealing with him I've had was very positive.

Selling tickets at the window to CEO in less than 10 years, would be a hell of a jump.
Ravi is very good, but CEO he is not (having said that he would be better than Meire, but so would most).

All’s good here @Tom-of-se9, I’m not biting on none of these “What’s a COO” comments  I’m a good lad I am.
