Ahhh. Won't be over then, unfortunately. Do you (anyone) know the line up, apart from Mr Bromham?DaveMehmet said:PragueAddick said:
Interesting. Any of the original members apart from Del Bromham, he was always the main man? Weren't they managed by one of the Krays for a while? I saw them mainly at the Black Prince on a Sunday night, tanked up by my 16 year old standards, watching Steve Gadd disappear in a cloud of smoke as they launched into Jericho. But there's a thread for all that...Saw Stray when they released an LP called Mudanzas very good live.
They're still about. Playing The Beaverwood in Chislehurst in March.
Stray are playing at The Beaverwood Chislehurst on 26th Feb.0 -
I saw Stray support Rush and the Hammy Odeon about 40 years ago.
I think it was Rush's first UK gig and still the best gig I've been to. Still think I've got some talcum powder from Del Bromham's hair.

Would there be a market for unsigned Who at the Valley posters?
How much would people be prepared to pay?
Postcards?

Unlikely, very lucky to get access to Roger in the first place and can't push our luck.sammy391 said:

Cheers Oakster ~ was living within earshot of the valley in '74. I blame The Who for the tinnitus to this day!0

I think everyone living in SE London were in earshot whether living close to the ground or not. Luckily I attended both events.ValleyOfTears said:Cheers Oakster ~ was living within earshot of the valley in '74. I blame The Who for the tinnitus to this day!0 -
