    Sarr in for Purrington

Playing Left-Back or is Doughty playing Wing-Back?

Strongest bench in a bloody long time

Drooling over the thought of Cullen - Williams - Taylor playing

Lee Bowyer, I love you (almost as much as I love my 4 children) but for the love of god, please stop picking Pearce.
  • Strongest line up for a while with decent back up on the bench.

Barnsley fans on Twitter not at all happy with their line up .

    Good

Id say its hard to drop Matthews and not really room for two Full Backs on the bench - No Oshilaja either today

A flat back four with Cullen at centre-half- back, Willo, Pratley and Green in the middle, and BeckenSarr playing at centre-half-forward behind Lyle.

    😉

    Bugger 'em.

It may be grim up north but it's not going to be much brighter dahn saff for them today.

    Addicks 3-0 win.
  • Didnt I read on here Oshilaja has got a protective boot on? Would be very charlton to just get over our midfield injury crisis and add some reinforcements there to then get a defensive injury crisis.

Anyone know if they've made many changes to the team that lost last week against Portsmouth?

Don't know but this is one of the replies to their line up so probably not!

  • I'm trying to figure out the formation. 3-5-2 with Green up top with Taylor maybe?
  • Comfortable 2 nil win.

    Reckon it'll be...

    Phillips
    Lockyer - Pearce - Sarr
    Matthews - Cullen - Pratley - Doughty
    Williams
    Green - Taylor

I get that but 4 games in a row to not even be on the bench makes me think something has happened to his knee again, I hope not for his sake

I hope this line up put them to the sword so we can all believe. A poor result with this eleven and we really will see some epic bed wetting
  • Re: Solly could it just be that he doesn’t make the squad on merit at the moment? Matthews has the shirt on performances and recent form. He isn’t needed to cover RB as we have other options. I just don’t think he makes the match day 18 at present

He was ill for one of those games

In other games we've had Oshilaja in the squad, and he can cover RB as well
  • Staying up to watch on stream and feeling very positive .

    And slightly pissed.

    Which is a good thing.

  • Well McGeady doesnt look fat...

Short and fat can be an unfortunate combination.
