I'm not always in the mood for it, but songs of love and hate by Leonard Cohen ends with these:
- Famous Blue Raincoat. 5:10.
- Sing Another Song, Boys. 6:14.
- Joan of Arc. 6:29.

My instant response to this question was Slayer's Reign in Blood. The whole album's brilliant but it all builds up perfectly to the final couple of tracks.
