    This is the One is possibly my favourite album track ever, and Resurrection is a stunning final track. I think Shoot You Down is terrific.

    My instant response to this question was Slayer's Reign in Blood. The whole album's brilliant but it all builds up perfectly to the final couple of tracks.

    Couldn’t be arsed to read all the other entries.  I know it’s not listed on the vinyl (as I’ve got it) but as far as I’m concerned it’s a real track.  Seem to remember reading somewhere HM is one of the shortest songs ever recorded.  I like it anyway...
