It was great while it lasted.

Got off to a fantastic start and there will be many happy memories but now it's over.

It was lovely to spend the past nine months with but she's off back to her long term partner on Tuesday and I really hope we never have anything to do with it again.

    I’ve always found it strange that you get a cup for coming somewhere between 3rd and 6th, yet the team that comes 2nd gets nothing. At least, not to my knowledge.

    If you come second you get a pat on the back and have 28 days longer to refresh your batteries before the new challenge of promotion.

    The winners of the league gets a Cup and the winners of the play offs receives a  Cup.


    Should the runners-up get a silver tankard or silver medal with a free holiday in the Seychelles thrown in by the EFL ?

    Didn’t Sheffield Wednesday have their own trophy made when they finished 2nd to the mighty Charlton in 2011/12?
