    You can amass all the likes and lols you like but it's quality over quantity that matters and a good yardstick is a promote for every decade of support to the club. I rest my case m'lud. 😎

    I believe anybody who has 6 promotes gets a Charlton Life Hazmat suit, moist toilet wipes for life and gets free entry to an audience with @Henry Irving - life doesn’t get much better than that.

    I've got 4. An embarrassment of riches.

    My mum is really proud and always telling friends and family and even strangers when out and about.

    Glad my missus keeps my feet on the ground as it would be easy to let it go to my head and forget who I am.

    Grass is not always greener and many a day I wish i was just a normal poster able to post without the constant scrutiny and intrusion that comes with being in "promote club".

    Be careful what you wish for mate.

    If I'm being honest, I don't think the Hazmat suit is up to much. Hope the audience with Henry is a bit better.
