    It's hard to be totally full on positive at the moment. Even my rose-tinted spectacles have a smeary film over them (from too much crying!!)....:o)

    I did listen to this. It was very annoying because I thought it would be an in depth interview however they kept having other guests on. He did say he was very dismayed at the way things have gone in the 2 1/2 years since he left. He said there were lots of good people working behind the scenes. Then this annoying spanner called gorgeous george was on raving about Izale Mcleod. I turned it off after that.

    most of the talk was about west ham to be honest, not sure if this was talk sport only wanting to talk about west ham belamy etc or that no cafc fans called in.
