  • Considering the number of changes and the suspicion that this might be a "B" team, that looks quite a strong line-up.
  • Burton up front on his own. Excellent!!
Who is Clark? Have i missed another loan signing?

No - 17 year Jack Clark from the Youth team.

Any good? What position is he?
  • [cite]Posted By: Red_Pete[/cite]Not wanting to be dim, but who on earth is Clark?

Jack Clark is a 17 year old left-back.
  • As mentioned by Oggy, Jack Clark is 'one of ours' , from the youth team, left-back.

I think Clark is from the academy
  • From the OS:

Only two players started more U18 matches last season than full-back Clark. The left-sided former pupil of Hurstmore School, in Sidcup, was picked in the starting XI 21 times, and made a further three appearances from the bench.

His progress also saw him earn a reserve-team bow, coming off the bench in a 5-1 win at Millwall in February. The form of Chris Solly and Sam Long restricted his involvement in the FA Youth Cup last term, but he will be keen to rectify that during the current campaign.

  • So we have two reserve left-backs on the bench in basey and Clark, but no defensive cover at CB/RB, why not put Mambo on the bench?

Good to see Racon back, albeit on the bench.
  • Any "free" radio links out there ?

Basey can play LM and CM and Holland can drop to CB in an emergency.

Thought Randolph was reported to have played well last week, despite the scoreline, so a bit unlucky to have been dropped?

I saw only the laughingly called Championship highlights on ITV last week and thought Randolph looked a bit suspect. Though those at the game said he played well ????????
  • Great!! CAFCTV are broadcasting the Chelsea v Ipswich game. Come on guys, sort it out FFS.
  • Great indeed!
