    Some cracking games there

Ipswich beat Bolton, go up and finish in a UEFA cup slot the next season. Bolton lose Claus Jensen to us and  Eidur Gudjohnsen to Chelsea

It’s interesting to be reminded about the Gillingham v Man City one that was just over 20 years ago.

I was there. My last Wembley appearance until the same division's play- off 20 years later.

I had forgotten how late the two Gillingham goals were.

Got to be this years against Sunderland.

Second choice not on there, 95/96 Steve Claridge scores in injury time in extra time against the stripeys.

Sky Sports have done their countdown, and our 1998 game was only beaten by City/Gillingham.

Personally, I think the only reason that won was because it involved Manchester City. Very good game, but nothing comes anywhere near to Charlton/Sunderland in 1998.
