2018/19 Financial Accounts

Can anyone direct me to any threads about the 2019 accounts please, especially around the land & buildings (eg why the note on them is missing from the set on Companies House and if there was any transfer of ownership pre the sale to ESI) and  the value and ownership of the post balance sheet equity after part of the debt swap and its effect on the sale price and post sale ownership etc? Cheers.

    Charlton Athletic Football Company Limited was sold to East Street Investments Limited.

    The land and buildings are owned by Charlton Athletic Holdings Ltd which is still effectively owned by Roland Duchatelet via Baton 2010 Ltd and Staprix NV.

    So what are the assets in the CAFC Ltd accounts? The leasehold for the Valley?
