I am sure you are just checking that we are reading your charts LL, but misspelling Lockyer's name is a giveaway. As usual, very interesting0

The mini League explains so much.
Luton 13
Barnsley 12
Charlton 9
Huddersfield 9
Middlesbrough 9
Hull 4
We are skinny by 2 points and home draws against Reading and Millwall would've seen as safe before the last game.2 -
Agreed, there have been too many narrow defeats this season. We've been competitive in nearly every game, but so often come away with a narrow defeat. It would have been much better to have been hammered in a couple of those defeats, if we could have then ground out a couple of nil nils elsewhere.soapboxsam said:The mini League explains so much.

Luton have the same number of points as us, but a GD 18 worse, which shows how inefficiently our goals (and goals conceded) have been spread around1 -
You won’t be saying that if we stay up on goal difference.killerandflash said:

But it's a waste being 18 better than Luton, 16 better than Hull and 10 better than Barnsley. I'd much rather have a similar GD to Luton but 2 extra points, as Wigan's deduction would mean we were safe already...JamesSeed said:

We’d be better off being one defeat in 11 games against the six teams around us than the top 6. That’s what’s costing us.2

Agreed, the 2 1-0 defeats to Boro were awful results in particular. Boro would be below us if we'd drawn one of those games. If BOTH had been 0-0s, Boro would be in the bottom 3EveshamAddick said:We’d be better off being one defeat in 11 games against the six teams around us than the top 6. That’s what’s costing us.2 -
Does Moore count as a shit house for my Pearce tracker?2

I'm finding the last few games too emotionally draining to even think about giving marks.0
