why can we not offer senior players contracts under a transfer embargo?

Its not new player registrations

We were able to loan players so why can't we offer contracts.

We will lose:
Matthews
Sarr
Page
Hemed

Are we allowed to take up the option on Williams and JFC under the embargo or is that forbidden as well

    I was thinking the same earlier when I read Bowyers comments. I doubt we will be offering them any more money so it should be like for like, and that was allowed during January.

    Maybe Bows was putting pressure on certain people to get things moving. Wouldnt be the first time we've been lied to or told untruths.

    Won’t lose much sleep over Page and Hemed.

    If what Bowyer said is correct, it suggests that the EFL have increased their sanctions on us.
