With so many utterly  unsavoury characters polluting our once glorious club, I'd be interested to see who people most hold responsible for our current plight.

    Isn’t Richard Murray surely the odd one out in your list.  At least he has shown commitment to the club over time - blotted his copybook perhaps over the Douche era - but all the same?

    Unpleasant analogy.. but Murray replaced Curbs with Dowie, sold to Slater and Jimenez and was in bed with Duchatelet.. he’s up there in the top 3, for me

    Roland and Southall are the main two for me. Don’t think I’ve ever held the sort of anger/emotion towards anyone associated with Charlton like those two.

    Roland. It's all due to him. His mismanagement racked up the debt he was "investing" and his refusal to write it off opened the door to these conmen.

    Assuming he's not involved in ESI.

    It all comes down to Murray.

    No proper contingency plan to replace Curbs was the start of this all. Everything just snowballed on from there through each set of owners since then.

    Had Murray kept the ship in order in 2006 then Roland would never have darkened our doorstep.
