Bitten the bullit a bought it on valley pass.

Used my phone and for a receipt. Checked my subscriptions and it's showing I've bought it.

I've now logged in on my iPad (where I intend to watch)
when I click my subscriptions I get the following: oops something went wrong. The authentication cookie has not been sent.

    Any ideas?
Just click the tab that says live and select video stream?
  • Yup its me again with problems?
Brought the pass for Leeds game with £8 cafc cash and £3.50 of my own
Should I have got a code,??
Its showing no entitlement when I go live to check??
    Cheers

Please see below for information on how supporters can access Wednesday's game against Leeds United live on Valley Pass.

All supporters planning to watch are advised to run a test stream during the week to make sure everything works. Once they have purchased a pass supporters can access the test stream here on laptop or desktop or on the Valley Pass app on mobile devices and tablets.

On the day, supporters are advised to tune in to the live stream between 30 minutes and one hour before kick-off.

Charlton’s game against Leeds United will be available for all fans to watch with an individual match pass on Valley Pass.

Supporters are able to purchase the pass for £10 by clicking here. Supporters who purchase this way do not receive a code, they will get instant access following their purchase.

Supporters who have purchased with CAFC Cash will be sent a code. If you don't receive your code by 3pm on Wednesday, July 22nd, then please email website@cafc.co.uk.

Please note, purchasing an annual or monthly Valley Pass subscription will not get a supporter access to Wednesday’s game – to watch the game, they will need to purchase the specific match pass or have a specific access code.

Subscribers based abroad, who have purchased the annual match pass and have been watching games all season, will have no disruption to the normal service.

Supporters having problems with the process can refer to our regularly updated frequently asked questions page.

Volume has just kicked in on the stream, but no commentary as yet. If you're not getting sound, check it's not muted at the bottom left hand corner of the stream.

Okay, didn't want to say anything on Saturday before I checked my bank account on Monday incase my account  was hacked, the only game I paid for was Hull away, I went on the site on Saturday at 2-55pm and again at 7-28pm tonight, both games were on. I did not order them. Who should I thank ? (or shout at for tonight ?).

The Swindon game doesn't seem to be up to purchase yet. Will it be on Valley Pass?

Here you go, on the OS  https://www.cafc.co.uk/news/view/5f511493b306e/watch-the-live-stream-of-swindon-town-v-charlton-and-charlton-women-v-crystal-palace-on-valley-pass

  • £10 for Swindon and £2 for the ladies game available individually or there is an amazing deal of £12 for them both

  • Those who intend paying the £2 for the women's game (and please do think about it, as they're in a tough league and short of money), remember kick-off on Sunday is 2pm not 3!

Is it just the cup games that are domestic only? No international option for this one.

Appears that way for the League Cup

EFL Trophy had the international option
  • Sooooo....I bought a Live Video Pass for 2020/21 season....but.... Valley Pass says I don't have access to the Swindon stream. Is the season pass just for league games? AFAIK, that was not made clear when I bought it!

Well that’s annoying that it’s not for international viewing.
