    I can't see Bowyer playing Inniss, Fawemo and Maatsen together, thus if Pearce plays on the left, then Inniss gets the nod as a right footer. It wouldn't surprise me if we go 3 at the back though, e.g.

    If you wanted to switch to 4-5-1, drop one of the strikers, move Maddison out wide and bring in Doughty.

    If you wanted to play 3-5-2, Doughty and Maatsen are two very strong options on the left side.

    True, though was partially because we were hoofing it up the pitch too much. If we have a team of "passers" maybe we'll be playing on the deck and channels more

    4-2-3-1 

    Other option would be 4-3-3 with Watson in the middle and Shinnie & Gibley either side. 

    Diamond below might still be a option but don't think we will play it as much with our wide options we be more reliant on our attacking mids to create, assist and score as we haven't got that all round forward.

    Don't think Hales & Mendonca would be a good partnership as great as they were, too similar for me. One would have to be a sub, no idea which one though, Firmani alongside either would be a great pairing.
