Any IFA's out there that could give me a whisper would be great...need to start thinking about a refi of the mortgage soon as the fixed rate is coming off...

    Edit: Although to be honest, I've heard that a lot of institutions are not offering their best deals via IFA's and are preferring to deal direct so as to save on commission. You might be better off just using a comparison site first off, then going onto a few providers sites direct to see how they compare and THEN maybe going to an IFA to see if they can beat what you already know.

    Wont cost you anything either, other than a few minutes on t'internet.
