I thought I heard on the radio earlier today that the police said that they were called to a disturbance & the complainant had superficial injuries. Certainly nothing that would have made them arrest him for ABH.cfgs said:

Obviously the assault is appalling, but 3 years worth of coercive control is the bit that sticks out on those allegations for me. Lots more to come out there I suspect.

Add to that the injunction he tried to put in to stop his other affairs coming out to protect his own reputation. Shocked me too. 3 years worth of (alleged) domestic abuse and a whole heap of cheating as well. What a nasty bit of work. Might be better if stories like these stay out of the news before the court case gets finalised.
No one knows the facts yet.
The media will be painting a very dark picture of a very famous ex footballer.
The women involved are probably also now really internally struggling and for a lot of reasons.
I don't like the careless nature of the media.

Even if he is found not guilty Giggs is finished in football.
The court case will have some awful stuff in it that’s going to sink his reputation even lower and the tabloids will pump it out daily.
