(Phantom?) 3rd shirt 89/90

I've been trying, so far unsuccessfully, to get a proper photo (or video) of this shirt. Have looked through about 30 programmes and nothing.

Found a video of the 2-0 defeat against Palace and it's clear from the shoulders we wore the design of the previous season. Looks like the yellow admiral to me.

This suggests to me the white version doesn't exist, much like the white Ribero of 92/93 that's also in the True Colours book.

Happy to be corrected if anyone knows more.

    we played them away twice that season, both 2-0 defeats

    maybe the book is referring to the ZDS cup tie

    So we did, thanks. Doubt I'll be able to find anything on that game, if anyone has photos from a programme that would be very helpful.
    Though would seem strange for us to create a new white strip for the ZDS match and then use the yellow one in the league.

    Aren't even any highlights of that game on cafc player unfortunately, would need the right programme to be certain.

    No that's the home league game. There's a 17 second video on the ZDS tie but it doesn't actually show any action frustratingly.

    We never wore that kit.

    Both times that season that we played Palace as the official away team at Selhurst (ZDS and league) we wore the previous season 3rd kit (all yellow)
