    I would start with Matthews as he hasn’t had much game time and maybe levitt for wiredu, with him being a sub.

    Because he desperately needs to get his match sharpness up and we don't play in the League for another 11 days. Same reason Maddison and Mathews may get minutes.

    which leads me to ask the question, how many subs are able to be used in this competition? Will  have a bearing on the starting 11. Pearce will probably only play one half and could swap with Barker.

    That's a very good question. Surely, the only purpose of this silly cup is to give youngsters and peripheral players a chance to play.

    The U23s team that played Barnsley yesterday was mainly U18s, so expect the U23s to make up the team tonight.

    That was just because of the embargo, OUR specific ESI embargo

    U18 striker who’s started the season really well. He’s been left out of the last u18/u23 game so one can assume he’s going to be involved here

    Sounds promising. Doesn’t seem that long ago I would check on a Monday afternoon to see how many Lookman had scored again for the youth team.

    In my opinion apart from Maddison who needs time in his legs no first teamer should be anywhere near the game tonight.

    Pearce if fit enough (injurywise) too and Oshilaja similarly. Gilbey probably isn't anywhere near. That said are they first teamers any more with Inniss and Famewo?!

    Surprised they haven't reduced this one to a fiver, would get a lot more viewers.

    Jeremy Santos is the next Lookman. If you manage to watch the game tonight I’d look out for him. He’s head and shoulders above everyone else in the u18’s
